• Independently advising on national and international commercial and contract law.
• Drafting, reviewing, evaluating and negotiating contracts and legal documents.

• Legal support for interdisciplinary projects in the automotive sector.

• Representing divisions in contract and settlement negotiations.
• Managing and supporting external lawyers and notaries.

Requirements

• Successful completion of a law degree and the 2nd state examination.
• Initial professional experience in commercial law is desirable.
• In-depth understanding of economic and technical interrelationships.
• Ability to develop legal argumentation strategies.
• Confident user knowledge of MS Office and interest in legal tech.
• Strong communication skills and solution-oriented working style.
• Business fluent in German and English; knowledge of French is a plus.
• High level of intercultural competence.
• Willingness to travel occasionally.
