Requirements

  • 5+ years in a leadership position.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Proven sales success in financial services.
  • Ability to build relationships at all organizational levels.
  • Skillful negotiation and presentation abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
  • Home Improvement industry experience preferred.
