Overview

The National Manager – GTM is responsible for managing the orchestration and delivery of GTM sprint programs across all regions, ensuring that every rollout is aligned to the strategic roadmap and drives adoption and performance uplift.

• Design and manage the national cadence of GTM sprints across multiple products.
• Ensure alignment with broader business and broker network strategies.
• Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and metrics that track sprint progress.
• Engage Sales Leaders and Product Managers to align sprint objectives.
• Refine the GTM sprint process and embed agile best practices.
• Facilitate feedback loops and implement improvements based on data.
• Lead Sales Operations or Program Management teams.
• Manage multiple complex initiatives concurrently.
• Deep experience in data reporting and KPI tracking.
• Ability to lead through influence and align diverse stakeholders.
