Overview

The GTM State Lead is responsible for driving regional activation of national go-to-market initiatives, ensuring local broker engagement, and tailoring execution to meet the needs of the regional market.

In Short

  • Lead regional activation of national GTM sprints.
  • Engage directly with brokers and frontline sales teams.
  • Act as the conduit between national GTM strategy and local execution.
  • Partner with State Sales Leaders for smooth operational handover.
  • Ensure consistent messaging and change management.
  • Track and report on key sprint KPIs.
  • Field-based role with significant travel expected.
  • Flexibility with remote, in-office, and on-the-road work.

Requirements

  • 5+ years in sales enablement or broker engagement.
  • Experience in managing in-field activations.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
  • Able to work independently in an agile environment.
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally.
  • Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time.
