Overview

The Aussie Product Support Specialist will provide expert support on loan servicing and product inquiries for brokers and customers, while working flexibly with a strong focus on team collaboration.

In Short

• Assist brokers and customers with Aussie White Label products.
• Handle repayment changes, statements, and internet banking support.
• Provide first-call resolution across multiple channels.
• Ensure compliance with policies and industry regulations.

Requirements

• 1 year minimum customer service experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Comfortable with both inbound and outbound calls.
• Willing to work on early day shift schedule (AU time).
• Tech-savvy with experience in CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
