Overview

The Sales Associate plays a pivotal role within the dynamic sales organization at Lendi, engaging with clients to provide tailored lending solutions.

In Short

• Deliver outstanding customer service and address objections professionally.
• Consistently surpass sales objectives on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
• Initiate outbound calls to potential business clients and set appointments.
• Convert inbound and outbound leads into qualified appointments for brokers.
• Adhere to call scripts and sales procedures for effectiveness.
• Engage with prospects about their lending requirements.
• Identify refinancing opportunities for customers.
• Encourage customers to interact with the online platform before appointments.
• Accurately record all call details in the designated system.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years experience in sales or related field, preferably in finance.
• Highly motivated with a track record of exceeding targets.
• Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
• Proven experience in cold calling or outbound calls.
• Strong multitasking and prioritization skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Preference for candidates with experience working with Australian clients.
• Familiarity with lead generating tools and CRM systems preferred.
