Payment Operations Executive - Remote

In Short

• Support the application of payments received onto our platform and ensure correct allocation of funds to customer accounts.
• Take ownership of our ticketing system and optimise our response times.
• Assist with ad hoc weekly, monthly, and quarterly payment functions.
• Process and verify transactions, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Monitor payment systems to identify and resolve issues.
• Provide support for ad-hoc projects and analyses.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry regulations and compliance requirements.

Requirements

• 1-2 years of experience in a payments or finance role.
• High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
• Experience managing payment processes using UK payment rails.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks.
• Capability to identify and improve inefficiencies in finance processes.
• Good communication skills for collaboration.
• Energetic, motivated, and proactive approach.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and G-Suite.
