Overview

We’re looking for a Renewal & Billing Specialist to join our lean Finance & Ops team and help make our finance engine run smoothly and efficiently.

In Short

• Own and optimize our Accounts Receivable process.
• Support Accounts Payable and help forecast cash flows.
• Manage Billing Operations including preparing quotes and handling subscription changes.
• Become proficient with tools like Stripe.
• Contribute to AI automation projects if interested.
• Assist with financial reporting and dashboards.
• Work closely with Customer Success, Operations, and Sales Teams.
• 1 to 4 years of experience in finance operations or billing.
• Hands-on, structured, and process-oriented.
• Tech-savvy and comfortable with SaaS tools.

• Comfortable with SaaS tools.
• Clear communication skills with customers.
• Experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with SaaS business models is a bonus.
