In Short

Position: Bilingual Renewal Specialist
Mode: Hybrid in Guadalajara
Two days remote and three days on-site
Hours: Between 8–9 AM to 4-5 PM
Experience in managing client contract renewals
Contact clients before contract expiration
Negotiate terms for contract renewals
Ensure continued use of products or services
Advanced English proficiency required
At least 2 years of customer service experience

Strong negotiation skills
Ability to communicate effectively with clients
