Senior QA Analyst / Support - Remote

Overview

The Senior QA Analyst / Support will execute QA testing activities for the SLAMNET-Parcel implementation in Mexico, ensuring that system functionality meets operational needs and requirements.

In Short

• Experience in QA roles such as QA Engineer or Application Support Analyst.
• Knowledge of Mexico Brokerage processes and logistics.
• Ability to convert functional requirements into test cases.
• Experience in functional, regression, integration testing, and UAT support.
• Strong analytical skills for troubleshooting application issues.
• Familiarity with QA/test management tools like Jira and Azure DevOps.
• Good communication skills in English and Spanish preferred.
• Detail-oriented and organized in managing test cases.
• Support defect triage and validation activities.
• Participate in implementation status meetings and provide updates.

• Ability to document defects and work with technical teams.
• Detail-oriented and capable of managing multiple tasks.
• Advanced English communication skills.
• Knowledge in Brokerage for Logistics projects.
