Overview

The Senior IT Support Analyst is responsible for providing a broad range of systems and application support, ensuring operational availability and client satisfaction through effective incident resolution and system monitoring.

Requirements

  • Undergraduate Degree or Technical Certificate; Graduate degree preferred.
  • 5-7 years of relevant experience in IT support.
  • Proficiency in JAVA, Spring/Spring-Boot, REST API, and SQL.
  • Experience with cloud services such as MS Azure.
  • Strong knowledge of DevOps tools and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Familiarity with Kubernetes and messaging systems.
  • Ability to work autonomously and lead diverse activities.
  • Excellent communication and multi-tasking skills.
  • Commitment to quality deliverables and client satisfaction.
  • Prior financial institution experience is a plus.
