AI Productivity Engineer - Remote

Overview

As an AI Productivity Engineer, you will be responsible for overseeing the experimentation and integration of AI tools to enhance developer productivity while maintaining code quality and maintainability.

In Short

• Test and benchmark AI code generation tools.
• Develop POCs, scripts, and internal integrations.
• Suggest concrete integrations into the tech stack.
• Train developers and document best practices.
• Measure impact on delivery timelines and code quality.
• Develop features for the roadmap using AI workflows.
• Coordinate with PMs to ensure quality standards.
• Identify opportunities for deeper AI process integration.

Requirements

• Extensive experience in code development and industrialization.
• Minimum 5 years of web development experience (JS/TS, Node, React).
• Experience with AI tooling in a team of 5+ developers.
• Good DevOps culture understanding.
• Experience with AI tools or LLM APIs (OpenAI, Claude, etc.).
• Structured, autonomous mindset with documentation skills.
• Strong curiosity for deep technical subjects.
• Experience in change management or internal training.
