An exciting opportunity has arisen within the Climate Resilience team to play a leading role in delivering the Council’s commitments and strategic outcomes on climate change and the environment.

In Short

• Lead on and support the identification, development and delivery of projects and initiatives related to climate change.
• Support the development and delivery of environmental policies and strategies.
• Line manage a small dedicated team.
• Collaborate with internal and external partners and stakeholders.
• Produce technical and non-technical reports.

• Relevant environmental qualification(s) or equivalent work experience.
• Experience in developing and delivering environmental policies and strategies.
