Senior Corporate Officer - Remote

Overview

As a Senior Corporate Officer, you will manage client relationships and handle a high daily volume of corporate matters for a diverse range of private client and fund structures.

In Short

• Manage daily administration of client portfolios.
• Prepare and submit annual returns and regulatory filings.
• Coordinate board support services including meeting scheduling and drafting minutes.
• Supervise and coach junior staff.
• Review and approve client invoices.
• Ensure compliance and service excellence.
• Work with auditors, attorneys, and bankers.
• Contribute to internal and regulatory audits.
• Support updates to policies and procedures.
• Assist with the establishment and termination of Cayman entities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and professional qualification (ICSA or STEP).
• 5–7 years of experience in the corporate services industry in Cayman.
• Strong understanding of local regulations and best practices.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in CORIS, CAPS, REEFS, DITC, and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to service excellence.
• Experience in establishing and terminating Cayman entities.
• Familiarity with UBO register process is a plus.
