Client Accountant - Funds - Remote

Overview

As a Client Accountant, you’ll manage private equity or real estate clients, ensuring accurate financial reporting and communication of cash movements.

In Short

• Manage day-to-day activities for private equity or real estate clients.
• Review financial statements to meet reporting requirements.
• Ensure accuracy of investor drawdown and distribution calculations.
• Communicate cash movements between funds and investors.
• Oversee the preparation and completion of client deliverables.
• Work closely with line managers for financial statement compliance.
• Support and mentor junior team members.
• Maintain strong client relationships and resolve issues directly.
• Contribute to sustainability efforts in the workplace.
• Participate in ongoing training and development programs.

Requirements

• Part or fully qualified ACCA/ACA/CIMA or qualified by experience.
• Experience in financial services or accounting practices.
• Ability to review working paper files and financial statements.
• Strong client relationship management skills.
• Experience in mentoring junior staff.
