Client Accountant - Remote

Overview

The Client Accountant is responsible for performing full cycle accounting, managing cash flow, and ensuring compliance with financial policies while maintaining high productivity standards for multiple clients.

In Short

• Perform full cycle accounting including analysis of accounts.
• Prepare cash management, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
• Prepare comprehensive financial reports in accordance with internal controls.
• Research and analyze accounting transactions.
• Communicate effectively with clients and property management.
• Assist with internal and external audits.
• Ensure proper capitalizations and depreciations of fixed assets.
• Comply with company financial policies and procedures.
• Maintain organization of high-volume workloads.
• Perform other related duties as required.

Requirements

• College degree in Finance or Accounting preferred.
• Experience in full cycle accounting.
• Ability to manage multiple clients and high-volume workloads.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Understanding of financial reporting standards.
• Experience with audits and compliance.
