Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field with 6-8 years of experience.
  • 10+ years in water policy or resilience planning, especially federal projects.
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Excellent analytical and writing skills for reports and recommendations.
  • Knowledge of water infrastructure risks, including cybersecurity.
  • Detail-oriented and organized, able to work independently or in teams.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and generative AI tools.
  • Must have a US Government Secret security clearance.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain DoD Common Access Card (CAC).
