We’re looking for an experienced Virtual Assistant with a strong knack for staying organized and ensuring everything runs smoothly. As a VA, you will support attorneys by managing case-related tasks, coordinating client communications, and helping guide potential clients through the legal case funnel—from initial contact to conversion. • Assisting attorneys by managing client intake and case documentation
• Following up with potential clients to keep them engaged and advancing through the process
• Maintaining attorney calendars and setting appointments across time zones
• Organizing case files and track updates using task and document management tools
• Responding to emails and client messages in a timely, professional manner
• Keeping CRM systems and trackers updated with client and case status
• Preparing summaries or reports as requested by attorneys
• Flagging issues that may delay case conversion and suggest solutions
• Handling general virtual assistant tasks (e.g., inbox management, research, scheduling)

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or similar role
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Familiarity with CRM systems and task management tools
• Ability to work across different time zones
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
• Experience in a legal environment is a plus
• Proactive problem-solving skills
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
