Overview

The Consultation Service Specialist will provide Consultation Services, training, and technical support to ensure frontline units can introduce high-end products and services effectively.

In Short

  • Provide Consultation Services and technical support.
  • Conduct classroom and field training for local technicians.
  • Support local service management and product champions.
  • Perform inspections and surveys as assigned.
  • Collaborate with Field Operations Managers (FOMs).
  • Travel internationally and locally for operational requirements.
  • Maintain a strong service mindset and attitude.
  • Work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office tools.
  • 5-60% travel required for the role.

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of experience in field service.
  • Prior training in Crane Geometric services is advantageous.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated with initiative.
  • Ability to work independently.
