As a Trainer Coordinator at Learnlight, you will support and guide trainers throughout their journey, ensuring effective communication and smooth program delivery.

• Assign trainers to client language programs based on profile fit and availability.
• Serve as the main point of contact for trainers, providing support and resolving inquiries.
• Maintain effective communication with trainers and internal departments.
• Follow internal workflows and deadlines using an online platform.
• Collaborate with the Recruitment Team to onboard and offboard trainers.
• Gather trainer feedback and support performance alignment with standards.

Requirements

• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Solid computer skills, especially with Microsoft Office tools.
• University degree preferred, ideally in linguistics.
• Prior experience in language course coordination or teaching is a bonus.
