The HR Coordinator will support the People team by managing employee data and documentation, ensuring a positive employee experience, and driving efficiencies through automation.

• Manage employee data in HRIS (HiBob).
• Prepare employment documentation for employees.
• Liaise with external partners for benefits and insurance.
• Assist payroll with relevant employee information.
• Drive process efficiencies through automation.

• Work closely with HR Business Partners.
• Support multiple countries including US, Germany, UK, and France.
• Fluent in English and German required.
• 3+ years of experience in a similar role.

Requirements

• 3+ years in HR roles creating employment documentation.
• Experience with HR systems and data quality.
• Knowledge of employment law in US, France, Germany, or UK.
• Detail-oriented and organized.
• Proactive and driven.
• Motivated by fast-paced environments.
• Fluent in English and German.
