In Short

• Handle administrative tasks for qualitative studies.
• Review the screener, test programming logic, and translations.
• Initiate project chats with project manager and team.
• Utilise project chat to keep the team informed.
• Test initial survey programming.
• Send programming and revision requests.
• Research background on unique therapeutic areas.
• Support vendor management and panel management.
• Work with social media team for recruitment support.
• Provide other administrative support as needed.

Requirements

• Fluency in German.
• Experience in project coordination.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team.
• Familiarity with survey programming and testing.
• Research skills for effective sampling.
• Understanding of vendor management processes.
• Proficiency in administrative tasks.
• Ability to adapt to local market specifics.
• Experience in social media recruitment strategies.
