Project Coordinator (Germany) - Remote

Overview

The Project Coordinator works with Project Managers, Clinical Trial Managers, Site Selection Team and Clinical Research Associates (CRA) to provide administrative and coordinating support for site activation activities and other site level deliverables through all phases of the clinical trial lifecycle.

• Prepare Investigator Sites to conduct clinical trials.
• Establish site activation timelines and coordinate activities.
• Communicate with clinical sites during site start-up.
• Collaborate with functional departments to meet activation targets.
• Escalate risks to the Project Manager.
• Collect, review, and file essential documents.
• Ensure documentation quality for site activation.
• Maintain project timeline dates and study material inventory.
• Assist with project tracking activities and status reports.
• Participate in various administrative tasks as required.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
• Experience in clinical research and the biotechnology or pharmaceutical industry.
• Excellent oral and written skills in English; French is an asset.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to prioritize assignments and work under pressure.
• Attention to detail and ability to meet timelines.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Quick learner with good adaptability.
• Problem-solving and multi-tasking skills.
