We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Compliance & Security Team Lead to lead the compliance & Security area for a rapidly scaling Payment Orchestration company. Operating for over four years with a growing presence in the USA and European markets, we rely heavily on data-driven decision-making to enhance our services, optimize revenue, and provide value to merchants.

In Short

  • Lead compliance initiatives across multiple jurisdictions.
  • Ensure adherence to PCI-DSS, PSD2, DORA, GDPR, and AML regulations.
  • Monitor and interpret new regulatory developments.
  • Conduct compliance audits and risk assessments.
  • Implement secure payment processing and fraud prevention mechanisms.
  • Collaborate with IT security teams for data protection strategies.
  • Act as a liaison between regulatory bodies and third-party auditors.
  • Drive a culture of security awareness across the company.
  • Identify opportunities for automation in compliance monitoring.
  • Implement AI-driven fraud detection tools.

Requirements

  • Experience in compliance and security in the fintech industry.
  • Strong knowledge of global financial regulations.
  • Proven leadership and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to conduct audits and risk assessments.
  • Experience with cybersecurity frameworks and incident response.
  • Familiarity with payment processing and fraud prevention.
  • Excellent communication and training skills.

  • Understanding of KYC/KYB workflows.
