Leading Educators is seeking a dynamic Recruitment and Talent Operations Manager who can transform both our talent attraction strategies and organizational talent systems.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of talent operations and recruiting experience.
  • Advanced proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage full-cycle recruitment.
  • Strong skills in talent system administration.
  • Expertise in developing performance management processes.
  • Ability to create and maintain comprehensive talent operations documentation.
  • Experience in coordinating complex onboarding and offboarding logistics.
  • Proven track record of improving talent acquisition and operational efficiency.
  • Comfort with AI-enabled workflow optimization.
