Overview

The Vice President of Jewish Learning will drive the integration of Jewish thought and values into organizational strategy and practices, enhancing the impact of Jewish nonprofits.

Requirements

• 10+ years of relevant experience.
• Rabbinical ordination or advanced degree preferred.
• Experience in organizational development and leadership.
• Fluency in Jewish text and tradition.
• Exceptional written and communication skills.
• Experience in educational design for diverse learning environments.
• Strong strategic thinking and execution skills.
• Experience in stakeholder management and relationship building.
• Understanding of Jewish communal life and challenges.
