Project Manager - Remote

Overview

The Project Manager determines user demands, establishes work priorities, and plans, directs, and monitors project work. This position includes support of business planning requirements including, but not limited to, budgeting, scheduling, and workload planning.

• Define project scope and objectives, ensuring technical feasibility.
• Ensure resource availability and allocation.

• Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Four years of implementation/project management experience.
• PMP / PRINCE II certification is a plus.
• Advanced knowledge in customer service and project management.
• Experience managing client relationships virtually and face to face.
• Proven leadership ability in motivating teams.
• Experience in process improvement and operational excellence.
• Excellent communication skills with internal and external customers.
• Ability to identify and resolve problems in a timely manner.
• Attention to detail and ability to adapt to changes.
