Project Manager - Remote

Overview

The Project Manager coordinates multiple aspects of customer implementation virtually, which may include pre-conversion consultation and planning, test conversion, conversion execution, post-conversion training, product set-up, and implementation of multiple products.

In Short

• Coordinates customer implementation of cloud-based software.
• Consults on maximizing dealership efficiency and profits.
• Assesses dealership business practices and workflows.
• Customizes and implements DMS application software.
• Conducts verification meetings with clients.
• Trains clients on application functionality.
• Follows up post-implementation to ensure satisfaction.
• Updates key installation information and prepares reports.
• Works remotely, primarily in MST time zone.
• Occasional onsite meetings required.

Requirements

• BS degree in related business field.
• Must be able to work periodic weekends and after-hours.
• Excellent time management skills.
• Highly organized.
• PMP Certification preferred.
• Accounting Degree or Equivalent Experience preferred.
