Overview

As a Project Manager at JLL, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of real estate by managing various commercial real estate projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget while maintaining high standards of client satisfaction.

In Short

• Manage all aspects of Commercial Real Estate Project Management.
• Coordinate due diligence efforts and maintain documentation.
• Prepare RFPs and manage vendor selection processes.
• Develop detailed project budgets and schedules.
• Facilitate project meetings and coordinate with stakeholders.
• Act as the primary contact with clients throughout the project.
• Ensure compliance with contractual requirements and client expectations.
• Contribute to the development of best practices.
• Participate in training and development initiatives.
• Travel as needed for client and contractor interactions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Architecture, Engineering, or Construction Management preferred.
• 2-5 years of relevant experience in project management.
• Certifications such as LEED, AIA, PE, or PMP preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects effectively.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong interpersonal skills for client and team interactions.
• Ability to understand architectural drawings and space planning.
• Experience with budgeting and scheduling in construction projects.
