• Lead and scale global payment operations.

• Own chargeback and dispute strategy.
• Optimize merchant onboarding for a seamless experience.
• Drive payment performance improvements through data and analytics.
• Partner cross-functionally with various teams.
• Play a key role in shaping the future of payments at ABC.

Requirements

• 15+ years of experience in payments, fintech, banking, or SaaS.
• Proven track record of scaling global payment operations.
• Experience driving automation initiatives.
• Deep understanding of payment ecosystems.
• Strong experience managing strategic partnerships.
• Financial acumen with large-scale payment flows.
• Success in leading global, cross-functional teams.
• Excellent executive communication skills.
• Preferred: experience with payments platforms.
