Overview

The Clinical Dietitian II works closely with the multidisciplinary healthcare team to provide patient care that is integrated and compatible with the patient-focused medical goals and objectives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master’s degree in dietetics or nutrition.
  • Completion of an accredited supervised practice program.
  • Two years of clinical dietitian experience with specialty certification.
  • Knowledge of the Nutrition Care Process and medical nutrition therapy.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with patients and healthcare staff.
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with electronic medical records and nutrition analysis software.
  • Ability to function independently in patient care settings.
  • Mentorship experience preferred.
  • Commitment to patient-centered care and diversity.
