Patient Care Technician I - Full Time - Remote

Overview

This job provides direct care to patients and assists with non-direct patient care unit coordination, focusing on the comfort and needs of patients in stable conditions.

• Provides direct patient care and assists with daily living activities.
• Participates in quality and patient satisfaction initiatives.
• Documents vital signs and patient conditions accurately.
• Assists with patient admissions, discharges, and transfers.
• Maintains a clean and orderly environment.
• Works under the supervision of Registered Nurses.
• Completes work assignments efficiently within scheduled time.
• Attends training sessions as required.
• Must be able to work rotational shifts including nights and weekends.
• Adheres to hospital policies and procedures.

Requirements

• Minimum High School Diploma or GED.
• Ability to read, write, and follow instructions.
• Basic computer skills and mathematics ability.
• CPR certification required.
• Experience in acute care preferred.
• Currently enrolled in nursing program preferred.
