Overview

The Human Resources Business Partner will support the North America region, focusing on employee relations and day-to-day people support while collaborating with senior HR leaders.

In Short

  • Serve as the first point of contact for employee relations matters across NAM.
  • Partner with people leaders to provide guidance on day-to-day people matters.
  • Support investigations and resolution of employee relations concerns.
  • Assist in executing people strategies developed by senior HR leaders.
  • Contribute to performance management processes.
  • Ensure HR practices are applied consistently across NAM locations.
  • Collaborate with global People & Culture peers on initiatives.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and data within HR systems.
  • Participate in projects to build HR capability and improve processes.
  • Work comfortably in a remote environment.

Requirements

  • 2–4 years of experience in HR Generalist or HR Business Partner roles.
  • Hands-on experience using Workday for HR activities.
  • Experience supporting employee relations matters.
  • Knowledge of employment practices in North America.
  • Ability to navigate sensitive situations with professionalism.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Comfort working in a remote environment.
