Overview

As the Compensation & Benefits Manager, you will play a critical role in managing and optimizing Wilson’s global compensation and benefits programs.

• Lead Workday HCM administration for compensation and benefits modules.
• Manage relationships with global benefits brokers and insurance carriers.
• Conduct market benchmarking using Payscale for competitive analysis.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and international regulations.
• Oversee annual benefits renewal negotiations globally.
• Translate compensation and benefits data into insights for senior leadership.
• Build and maintain Workday reports and dashboards for analytics.
• Lead open enrollment strategy and execution.
• Handle confidential information with professionalism and integrity.
• Leverage AI tools to enhance compensation and benefits processes.

Requirements

• Minimum six years of experience in compensation and benefits.
• Strong hands-on experience with Workday HCM.
• Experience with Payscale or similar benchmarking tools.
• Expertise in compliance with compensation and benefits regulations.
• Advanced Excel skills for data manipulation and analysis.
• Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with global remote teams is desirable.
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• Familiarity with employee engagement initiatives is a plus.
