In Short

• Manage and administer the organization’s employee Total Rewards program.
• Oversee benefits programs including medical, dental, and retirement plans.
• Lead the annual open enrollment process.
• Ensure compliance with federal and state regulations.
• Administer and maintain the organization’s compensation structure.
• Conduct market research for competitive pay practices.
• Serve as the primary owner and administrator for the HRIS system.
• Collaborate with Payroll and Finance for accurate payroll deductions.
• Support audits and regulatory reporting.
• Develop HR metrics and reports for decision-making.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 5-7 years of progressive HR experience.
• Experience with ADP Workforcenow.
• Strong knowledge of employment laws and benefit regulations.
• Professional certification such as SHRM-SPHR/PHR preferred.
