The Case Builder Team Support Specialist is a fully remote role that involves supporting a team of remote Case Builders to ensure productivity, quality of work, and achievement of departmental goals.

Requirements

• Eligible to work in the United States.
• Must be eligible for a public trust clearance.
• 4+ years of related experience.
• Minimum of 2 years of previous Case Building experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Reliable access to stable internet.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be able to perform while on camera.
• Experience with multifaceted communication vehicles.
