Staff Product Designer, Feature Management and Enterprise - Remote

Overview

LaunchDarkly is looking for a seasoned product designer to join our team and take a leading role in shaping the future of LaunchDarkly’s Feature Management and Enterprise product areas.

In Short

• Lead the design of end-to-end user experiences for feature management and enterprise expansion.
• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to define and shape product strategy.
• Translate complex technical problems into intuitive UX patterns.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions.
• Deliver high-quality design artifacts like user flows and prototypes.
• Collaborate with engineering and product partners for implementation.
• Maintain consistency across the platform and contribute to the design system.
• Advocate for user needs in platform-wide discussions.
• Mentor other designers to elevate UX design craft.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience as a product designer, ideally in Enterprise SaaS.
• Proficiency with Figma and modern design tools.
• Portfolio showcasing strong problem-solving and user-centered design.
• Strong in two or three design areas, competent in others.
• Lifelong learner, always seeking improvement.
• Able to handle multiple complex projects autonomously.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Great storyteller and presenter of design work.
