Fetch is looking for experienced Lead Product Designers to join our team, responsible for leading design efforts that improve user experiences in our enterprise applications.

Requirements

• 8+ years of relevant experience in product design.
• Experience with enterprise-grade software design.
• Strong visual design skills.

• Experience with Figma and conducting user research.
• Ability to mentor and coach other designers.
• Experience with AI or automation in design.
• Track record of driving design ops improvements.
• Deep understanding of user experience across various roles.
