Director of Product Design - Remote

Overview

Lattice is looking for a Director of Product Design to lead an impactful, growth-oriented team of Designers as we cement our position as a category leader. You will be responsible for owning the design strategy for our team that’s responsible for Lattice’s entire Talent suite — helping us deliver connected, cohesive, and coherent experiences.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in Product Design, with 4+ years in a management role.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating high craft standards.
• Experience with complex product areas and B2B SaaS applications.
• Ability to provide design feedback and collaborate across teams.
• Excellent communication and storytelling skills.
• Experience in shaping design and product development culture.
• Mastery in solving unstructured problems with many dependencies.
• History of accountability for design work and product outcomes.
• Partnership experience with User Research, UX Writing, and Design Systems.
• Ability to define and communicate clear expectations for excellence.
