Treasury Manager - 4 Month Contract - Remote

Overview

The Treasury Manager will be responsible for managing the company’s liquidity, customer funds, and creator disbursements on the customers’ behalf. The ideal candidate will have a strong accounting background, and experience with cash forecasting and billing for companies with multiple subsidiaries and with multiple banking platforms.

In Short

• Prepare cash forecasts for all entities, including on a consolidated basis.
• Monitor cash account balances and initiate funding for operations.
• Review and monitor accounts receivable aging for timely billing.
• Complete various aspects of the Company’s monthly financial close.
• Prepare journal entries with accurate supporting documentation.
• Coordinate and assist in managing external audits.
• Identify and mitigate accounting or financial reporting risks.
• Assist in developing and driving the adoption of new systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve discrepancies.
• Support other Finance team members with ad hoc projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance required.
• Minimum of 5 years of treasury and general ledger accounting experience.
• Strong accounting systems experience; NetSuite experience preferred.
• Experience in the SaaS or technology industry is desirable.
• Experience managing teams in a collaborative environment.
• Intermediate to advanced Excel skills required.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
