In Short

• The Staff Accountant will be responsible for maintaining and updating the company’s accounting records and files.
• Ensure the accuracy and integrity of the company’s financial systems and reports.
• Support the company’s day-to-day accounting operations.
• Prepare journal entries with clear and accurate supporting documentation.
• Assist with external audits to ensure timely delivery of audit results.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to investigate variances and resolve issues.
• Strong knowledge of US generally accepted accounting principles is required.
• Experience in the SaaS or technology industry is highly desirable.
• Intermediate to advanced Excel skills are required.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills are essential.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field; CPA preferred.
• Minimum of 2-3 years of accounting experience required.
• Strong technical knowledge of U.S. GAAP.
• Strong accounting systems experience; NetSuite experience preferred.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
