• Seeking a talented Staff Accountant to join the Accounting & Finance team.
• Experience with a highly analytical mindset and strong attention to detail.

• Responsibilities include managing accounts payable, reconciliations, and month-end close processes.
• Prepare and maintain records of journal entries and expense accruals.
• Assist with external audits and preparation of tax returns.
• Maintain fixed asset schedules in accordance with GAAP.
• Work closely with FP&A team for variance analysis.

Requirements

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Understanding of US GAAP.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, Excel, and accounting software.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting preferred.
• 3+ years of experience in General Accounting.
• Previous experience in B2B and professional services preferred.
• Experience with Certinia (Salesforce) or similar ERP systems is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Effective communication and problem-solving skills.
