  • Seeking a Senior Marketing Analyst with a strong background in A/B testing and marketing performance analytics.
  • Leverage data-driven insights to optimize marketing campaigns and pricing strategies.
  • Analyze marketing campaign performance and customer acquisition metrics.
  • Build dashboards and reports to track key marketing metrics.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across Marketing, Product, and Finance.
  • Stay updated with industry trends in marketing analytics.
  • Design and execute A/B tests and multivariate experiments.
  • Present marketing findings to stakeholders clearly.
  • Foster a culture of experimentation within marketing.
  • Proficient in SQL, Python or R, and marketing analytics tools.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Economics, or related field.
  • 4+ years of experience in marketing analytics or digital marketing.
  • Proficient in SQL, Python or R, and analytics tools.
  • Strong understanding of A/B testing platforms and statistical methods.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Collaborative and able to influence cross-functional teams.
  • Familiarity with subscription-based business models.
  • Knowledge of customer segmentation techniques and cohort analysis.
  • Experience with marketing automation platforms.
