  • Seeking a Senior Marketing Analyst with experience in A/B testing and marketing performance analytics.
  • Optimize marketing campaigns and develop pricing strategies.
  • Leverage data-driven insights to drive growth initiatives.
  • Translate complex marketing data into business-relevant insights.
  • Build dashboards and reports to track marketing metrics.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across Marketing, Product, and Finance.
  • Stay updated with industry trends in marketing analytics.
  • Design and execute A/B tests and marketing experiments.
  • Communicate findings to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Foster a culture of experimentation within marketing.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing or related field.
  • 4+ years of experience in marketing analytics and digital marketing.
  • Proficient in SQL, Python, and marketing analytics tools.
  • Strong understanding of A/B testing platforms and statistical methods.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication skills for translating data into narratives.
  • Collaborative with the ability to influence cross-functional teams.
  • Familiarity with SaaS marketing strategies.
  • Experience with marketing automation platforms.
