Overview

As a Customer Success Specialist at SpendHound, you will play a crucial role in ensuring customers achieve maximum value from the platform, engaging with them and guiding them through important activities.

Requirements

  • 2-4+ years of relevant work experience.
  • Near-native to native English skills.
  • Availability to work US East Coast hours.
  • Experience with customer interaction over phone and Zoom.
  • Ability to manage a growing number of customers.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Tech-savviness or willingness to learn.
