Overview

The Customer Success Specialist acts as a bridge between customers and the company, ensuring a cohesive and satisfying customer journey.

In Short

  • Welcome new customers via outbound calls and emails.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
  • Anticipate potential problems and provide proactive support.
  • Track customer health metrics and analyze feedback.
  • Handle support tickets and escalate issues as needed.
  • Create educational resources for customers.
  • Manage multiple customer accounts and priorities.
  • Communicate effectively with customers and cross-functional teams.
  • Analyze customer data to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Adapt to changing customer needs and company goals.

Requirements

  • Associate degree required; Bachelor's preferred.
  • 2 to 3 years of experience in Customer Success and SaaS.
  • Experience making outbound calls is a plus.
  • Working knowledge of HubSpot is required.
  • Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to analyze problems and devise solutions.
  • Comfortable working with cross-functional teams.
  • Flexible and adaptable to changing circumstances.
  • Efficient time management skills.
