In Short

  • Be the first point of contact for guests and landlords through chat, email, and phone.
  • Help new landlords and partners understand and get value from PMS tools.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve guest or landlord issues quickly and professionally.
  • Track guest satisfaction, identify recurring issues, and suggest improvements.
  • Work with Operations, Product, and Tech to streamline processes and improve the customer journey.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance guest stays or improve landlord engagement.

Requirements

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Previous experience in customer success, hospitality, or property management.
  • Tech-savvy — comfortable navigating multiple digital tools (CRM, PMS, communication platforms).
  • Strong problem-solving mindset and attention to detail.
  • Empathetic and proactive — you don’t just solve problems, you prevent them.
  • Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus).
