Overview

As a DWS Device Experience Consultant at Kyndryl, you will leverage your consulting and technical expertise to enhance the modern workplace and end-user experience through digital solutions.

In Short

  • Deliver consulting engagements for Digital Workplace technologies.
  • Lead client workshops and capability assessments.
  • Define user experience strategies and design conceptual solutions.
  • Manage project teams and engagement outcomes.
  • Articulate findings and roadmaps to executive levels.
  • Contribute to the consulting knowledge base and evolution of intellectual capital.
  • Experience with VDI, DaaS, and Unified Endpoint Management.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills required.
  • Self-driven and detail-oriented with the ability to manage ambiguity.
  • Collaborate with globally dispersed teams.

Requirements

  • 5+ years in consulting focusing on Digital Workplace technologies.
  • 8+ years delivering consulting engagements in IT roles.
  • Expertise in modern configuration of end-user operating systems.
  • Experience with identity and access management integration.
  • Familiarity with Agile and Design Thinking methodologies.
  • Preferred experience with Microsoft Modern Workplace portfolio.
  • Knowledge of Azure Active Directory and Virtual Desktop Services.
  • High School Diploma/GED required; Bachelor's Degree preferred.
