Overview

The Sr. Lead Payroll Specialist at Kyndryl is responsible for ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing, leading compliance initiatives, and managing payroll system implementations.

Requirements

• Knowledge of Global Payroll for Latam and US.
• Hands-on experience with payroll systems and RPA.
• Strong understanding of employment law and compliance.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• 10+ years of experience in global payroll operations.
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or business.
• Lean Six Sigma and Payroll Certification preferred.
• High professionalism and communication skills.
• Detail-oriented and sensitive to data management.
• Ability to collaborate with global teams.
