The Travel Experience Consultant at Navan is responsible for providing exceptional travel support to users, ensuring customer satisfaction and contributing to the improvement of internal platforms.

Requirements

• 3+ years in TMC/BT Consultant role.
• 2+ years of GDS experience (Sabre, Amadeus, Galileo).
• IATA accreditation is mandatory.
• Experience in customer service within a contact center.
• Fluency in English and Spanish is mandatory.
• Tech-savvy with tools like Gmail, Zendesk, Slack, and Salesforce.
• Flexible with working non-traditional shifts.
• Ability to multitask and resolve urgent matters.
• Empathetic and professional attitude.
• Independent thinker with troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
